There are restrictions on additional support services and certain additional services are there which are paid services, therefore be sure to go through the below details properly.
Terms & Conditions:-
  • The max projects are the total projects consolidate over the years
  • Previous plans max project count is not been added to the new plan. The total max project limit of the plan shall be as mentioned in the plan detail. Eg: If you move from EMERALD to RUBY then RUBY's max project limit will be 400, not 150+400
  • Any themes or designs shall not be customized by our team
  • Each company has their different database on the portal and are not merged with any other company's database
  • In company hosted database there are certain pre-requisites, Be sure to check them by Clicking Here.
  • In company hosted database, the current plan limits will be there, but for projects and users limit will be multiplied by 5
  • The plans shall not be degradable
  • For 1 company there will be 1 Sub domain only
  • All the rates are in USD
  • Database credentials and cloud configurations are different jobs and if required to configure the database on cloud then there would be an addon charge for the same, Which depends on the need of configuration efforts.
Paid Services:-
  • REPORT CUSTOMIZATION
    One time report customization charge.

  • ADDITIONAL TELEPHONIC SUPPORT
    One time additional telephonic support charge. If the company is not under the related support and has acquired it then it shall be automatically billed to the company.

    Besides free training, If additional trainings are been acquired then, one time additional training charge.

  • SETUP OF COMPANY HOSTED DATA
    There would be a charge for setting up the company hosted database in cloud. Applicable when ever it is required to setup or change the company hosted database settings. Backup & Restore of database will be an additional charge.

  • DATABASE BACKUP & RESTORE SERVICES
    Taking Backup of database and restoring it, would be an addon one time service, which shall be chargeable

  • SUB DOMAIN NAME CHANGE
    Sub domain name can be changed (if available) on email request. But there will be an additional charge of it. Available only in paid plans.

    This is a one time service. The links are been setup and uploaded on the clients domain/sub-domian. Available only in paid plans.

  • ADDITIONAL REMOTE (ZOOM/ANYDESK) SUPPORT
    One time additional remote support charge. If the company is not under the related support and has acquired it then it shall be automatically billed to the company.

  • IMPLEMENT 3RD PARTY SSL CERTIFICATE ON YOUR DOMAIN
    This is a one time service. You will need to have a valid and active ssl and we will install that on your domain.

  • BUY SBO SSL CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH IMPLEMENTATION
    This is one time service. Buy SSL certificate from Survey Back Office and implement it on your sub-domain on surveybackoffice.com
